Shipment Policy


Orders at are usually processed and packaged immediately. Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday. Deliveries are not made on Sundays.

When the order is offered and you are not at home, you will find a reference from the delivery person in your mailbox. Your order will be offered again at a later time or the order will be delivered to your neighbors. What is also possible is that the carrier offers the package to the nearest Post NL pickup point. You will always receive a reference of the deliveryman with what will happen with your order.

Please note when receiving the goods.
When you receive the delivery you should check whether there is any external damage to the packaging. If there is, you should report it immediately to the carrier and then contact us, we will help you further!


Shipping within the Netherlands is FREE. Shipping costs outside the Netherlands differ per country and can be calculated on the My Cart page after you have placed an item in your shopping cart.

Delivery time

We strive to deliver orders placed on working days before 16:00 between 1-3 days (within the Netherlands). We do not deliver on Sundays.

Track & Trace and shipping confirmation

When your product is shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation at the e-mail address you provided by, including a Track & Trace code (TT). With this TT code you can easily and quickly follow the status of your order on the site of the package delivery company.
